fruit-rollupsIf you’re planning a road trip with kids, you know how important packing snacks can be.  No one wants to make unnecessary stops, and buying snacks on the road can be expensive and less-than-nutritious, if you’re not careful.

One easy to pack snack is fruit roll-ups, which are readily available.  But, have you ever tried to make your own?  It’s not hard, and it can be a project in which you can involve the little ones — which means they get to eat a healthy snack they helped create.
