Uh oh, Bryce didn’t like sharing Mommy.  We got a good laugh after seeing this photo at a recent birthday party where I was playing with the birthday baby, and obviously you can see Bryce was not happy with that.  He better get use to sharing Mommy as baby sister is coming in just a few months!

The first time we took Bryce to be around another baby, he acted very crabby and not like himself.  However, it was also a day we think he was teething so that experiment didn’t work so well.  This time, he would make the frowny face, and then go play with a toy as you can see in this next photo.  Then, he warmed up to the birthday boy, and started showing more interest as they ate together and played with a balloon together.

He has always been great with meeting people, being in public, etc. We took him out with us everywhere starting when he was just a newborn.  Now that he’s over a year old and plays really well at home, I want him to learn to play with others his age.  Since we don’t do daycare, how do I go about finding kids his age for him to play with?  Baby #2 will be just 18 months younger than Bryce, do I need to worry about Bryce playing with someone his own age yet?  His cousin who is just a few months younger than him will be coming in June when the baby arrives so that’ll be nice for him to have someone to play with – or will it?  (As we take another look at photo #1 above haha!)
