Go to the gym – lol, that’s funny. It’s hard enough getting to the gym let alone when your a mommy. Remember life before a kids when you could work, play, exercise and still have time left over to sit and enjoy some TV at the end of the night? Ahhhh…those were the days. Now you’re lucky if you get enough steps in throughout the day. Well good news. There is a great, easy 10 minute workout that you can do just about anywhere, anytime.

Exercise is so important that goes far beyond having a bikini body. It’s so important for your physical and mental health. With everything you have going on in your busy daily life, I promise you 10 minutes of exercise a day will make a big difference in how you feel. It’s so easy to come up with one excuse after another, but 10 minutes out of your daily grind will be a nice break and will not seem like a chore.

Do one set of each exercise with minimal rest in between. When you’ve done them all, gulp down some water and repeat twice more.
