Tattoos are not frowned upon like they used to be. In the past, the word tattoo held a stigma of someone you didn’t want to bring home to mother. However that is not the case these days at all. Tattoos are an art form that are enjoyed by anybody; CEO’s, Doctors, Teachers, Lawyers, Police Officers… you name it. They have sentiment and meaning that people have thought long and hard about. And unlike the old Navy sailor with a mermaid on his forearm back the day, they are not cheap. Tattoos can run hundreds, even thousands of dollars done by some artists with PHD’s in body ink.

Whether you’re a new mommy or a veteran with toddlers and adolescents, a tattoo is a great way to showcase the love you have for your children. It is also something you will cherish for the rest of your life. You can have tiny tats with your child’s name or even portraits of your children to permanently carry around for the rest of your life. Imagine your child’s name in tattoo water colors, or a portrait of your baby as they were just born immortalized on you forever.
