CRY San Diego Holi 2017

Holi is a festival of Colors in India. The festival signifies the victory of good over evil, the arrival of spring, end of winter and for many a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive and repair broken relationships. It’s also celebrated as a thanksgiving for a good harvest.

People apply colors on each other and have fun on this day. CRY San Diego brings this tradition to San Diego to share with San Diegans – Indian or not.
Last year we had 2000+ people attend this amazing event, and this year we expect more. Open to all ages, communities, colors and creeds!
We also have a kids dance showcase – inquire if you want to participate.

Adults: $10 advance, $12 at the door, Kids (6-12): $5, Students (Bring valid ID to event): $8 advance, $10 at the door

Parking: Ample parking (free) available within the park/school.
India still suffers as being the country with the largest number of children in the workforce. Child marriages, female foeticide and non-existent health and security for women and children continues to plague the country as much as before. The CRY Holi for Child Rights is a platform for individuals to partner in the child rights movement that enables lasting change in the lives of children.
