Sixth Annual HauntFest On Main

The 6th Annual HauntFest on Main is an exciting family-friendly event in Downtown El Cajon.
The event features live music on two stages featuring:
Costume contests on the Main St. Stage; an expanded carnival rides and games; car show; candy challenge activities; kidz zone, face painting; performances by TNT Dancers, Arts In Motion Crew & Jr. Crew, and St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center Pumpkin Patch; craft and game booths; LED rock wall; inflatables for kids; “Ghostbusters” movies outdoors and more!
Pumpkin Patch:
Come walk-through the Promenade Pumpkin Patch to find the right pumpkin for a perfect jack-o-lantern! Stop by the carving station just outside the pumpkin patch to see our “Master Carver” at work or have a family photo taken at our staged photo area.
Kidz Zone:
Come stop by the Kidz Zone featuring outdoor movies on a 26 foot screen featuring “Ghostbuster” movies!
Candy Challenge Activities:
There will be many opportunities to collect Halloween Candy this year at HauntFest. There will be one candy trail for children as tall as 42 inches and shorter, other age groups can do other fun activities, and LED Mini Golf Games to collect candy.
Carnival Rides:
The kids will have a thrill of a lifetime on the Wave slide, the sizzler, bumper cars, flying elephant ride, swing and carnival games
Costume Contest:
Wear your best costume and enter to win great prizes for that awesome look. Register to participate at the E. Main St. Stage for the following categories:
Kid’s Costume Contest
6 p.m. Ages 0-7 (1st Place $100, 2nd Place $50, 3rd Place $25)
7 p.m. Ages 8-12 (1st Place $100, 2nd Place $50, 3rd Place $25)
8 p.m. Ages 13-17 (1st Place $100, 2nd Place $50, 3rd Place $25)
Adult Costume Contest
9 p.m. Ages 18+
$250 CASH for 1st Place
$100 CASH for 2nd Place
$50 CASH for 3rd Place
