Now, a mall in the Sacramento area has brought back a novelty item from the 1990’s and turned it into a free security feature. Remember the ‘snap bracelets’? The Arden Fair mall has found a way to use the bracelets to assure that parents can get quickly reunited with wandering little shoppers.
