San Diego’s Best Used Toy Donation Spots

Spring cleaning is on the horizon and most moms do a little “happy dance” over the freedom that comes along with a massive toy purge! Get those boxes packed up and delivered to one of these Applejack_toys_by_pullip_junkSan Diego toy donation spots. Then give yourself a pat on the back and enjoy a glass of wine along with that nice clean house (for the two seconds that it lasts!).

 

You may be familiar with the big donation spots (Goodwill, Amvets and Salvation Army) but there are many more smaller organizations with a huge need for toys and goods to help out local San Diego children in need. Here are six that could use your support.

 

Passion 4 K.I.D.S. (Kids In Desperate Situations)
Passion 4 K.I.D.S. is a non-profit dedicated to helping underprivileged, handicapped and abused kids in the United States. Located in Encinitas, they are always looking for toys, books, clothes, groceries and more to help these kids and families in emergency situations. To donate, give them a call or send them an email.

Father Joe’s Village is San Diego’s largest homeless providers, providing meals and care to thousands each day. To donate household items, fill out this form to schedule a pick-up.
