Happy Mother’s Day!  I’m sure your day started off with being able to sleep in, enjoying some silence while sipping coffee, scrolling thru Facebook to look at all of your friends post photos of their moms, and then being served breakfast in bed.  Or was it more realistic like mine?  photo

I have already changed 4 diapers, 2 of them poopy of course, cleaned out our cat’s litter box, fed the kids breakfast, vacuumed the whole house and then had to vaccum again after my son threw something that broke a glass and sent shards of glass all over the carpet.  And that all happened in the first hour of being awake today.

In between all of that I had to stop my son from hitting the cat, and stop my daughter from putting a nickel and a poker chip and a puzzle piece in her mouth.  Where does she find this stuff?!

Now my husband is home with a beautiful breakfast planned that includes mimosas.  When he asked which glass to pour it in, I handed him my goblet.   Cheers Moms!
