BACK-TO-SCHOOL DRIVE 2017

Back to school is literally around the corner. If you haven’t started your school shopping yet, no time to waste! I remember when I was a kid how excited my sister and I got during back to school shopping. New shoes, clothes, lunch boxes, folders and it was the one special day we got to go to a fast food restaurant.  I remember it like it was yesterday. Unfortunately not all kids will have that memory. There are more than 2,000 children and teens in San Diego alone that start the new school year with nothing, simply because they’re families cannot afford it.

Say San Diego (Social Advocates for Youth) knows how important a good education is and is here to help. They are holding a back to school drive that will help countless children and teens return to the new year of school with new supplies, clothes and shoes. Say San Diego has different ways you can choose from to help.
