Pan-Roasted Fish Tacos
If you love fish tacos but try to avoid the fried variety, you’ll want to try Dr. Preston Maring’s solution to making this favorite a little healthier: pan roasting.
Pan roasting is a great way to achieve a nicely browned outside and a juicy, tender inside with thicker cuts of meat. First, sear the meat using a very hot, heavy pan. Then, transfer the pan into a hot oven to finish cooking the meat. Watch Dr. Maring demonstrate the process in the video posted below.
