A federal consumer safety agency recalled about 4 million Bumbo Baby Seats after dozens of injuries were reported, including 21 skull fractures.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission advises that consumers should stop using the product until they receive a free repair kit, which includes a restraint belt. Parents should also never use the Bumbo seat on an elevated surface.
