Here’s something to be aware of. If you or someone you know is using the Fisher-Price Rock ‘n Play Infant Sleeper, stop using it if you detect any mold. The Consumer Product Safety Commission has informed buyers of about 800,000 of the products already.
To date, there have been 16 reports of infants affected by respiratory issues, coughs and hives after sleeping in the product.
Mold can develop between the seat cushion and the plastic frame of the sleeper when it remains wet or is infrequently cleaned. Consumers should inspect for mold in this location and contact the company for cleaning instructions or further help is mold is found.
