Whether it’s a swim in the backyard pool, a trip to a neighbor or friend’s pool party, or an excursion to the community Plunge, it’s always a good idea to make sure kids are award of some simple safety rules in and around the pool.

County officials and community partners are reminding parents to always think “safety first” when it comes to swimming.
