My SD Moms The first time I saw someone vaping, they were in a car in front of me at a stoplight. The vape came bellowing out of the window in great amounts. It scared the heck out of me; I thought the car 
was on fire. Before I could call 911, or drag the driver out of the car to help her, I noticed what I thought was smoke was coming out of her mouth!
From then on, no matter where you go, people are vaping and a good percentage of them are our teens. Well if that isn’t bad enough, now they are “Dripping.” What on earth is dripping you say?
