Halloween Crafts And Costume Parade

Children (ages 3 and up) will create fun, easy to make Halloween themed crafts at the Carmel Mountain Ranch Library. Dress up in your Halloween costume and participate in a parade immediately following. Parental assistance is required for children ages 8 and under.
