The San Diego Kids Expo & Fair presented by Toyota every April and October, is part businesses and non-profits on display, part fun fair and part music and dance festival. And definitely all kids!
Something for everyone at the Kids Expo & Fair
Businesses and charities! Expect to see 150 local and national companies that have things that make a child’s life better. Check out the new Baby Zone with products and services for your baby or baby on the way. Babies “R” Us will be hosting the baby (and parent) games and competitions. Visit The Home Depot Kids Workshop, where kids can build and paint a project. Learn to cook healthy for kids in the Cooking 4 Life area. Meet karate instructors and soccer coaches. See music schools and swim instructors. Talk to modeling agencies and all kinds of businesses that are fun for kids. Plus meet charities making a difference in children’s lives.
Fun Fair!
All throughout the event are things to do like a 200’ long Zip Line and a Euro Bungee where 4 kids can jump on trampolines and do flips safely. Little ones can “hang around” in the Tumble Gym Bus, which is a rolling indoor gym or jump in the inflatable jumpies. Or get their face painted. Want to try the new low impact paintball by JT Splatmaster? They have a 100’ long inflatable room the size of a gymnasium where kids can run an obstacle course. Climb a rock wall courtesy of Mesa Rim Climbing & Fitness Center. And Human Hamster Balls where you get inside a 6’ clear ball and they blow up the ball and you walk on water! And Laser Tag by Equinox with real military issue laser weapons! Ride the Safari Cycles from Jungle Gym & Café, which are 3 three sizes of mechanical stuffed animals that you can race around a track. And much more!
Entertainment!
4 Stages of Entertainment! Meet the real Moshi Monsters from Mind Candy and other characters like The Incredibear by John’s Pizza. Also watch karate demos, dance exhibitions and lots of music by kids and students. How about a fashion show by John Robert Powers? The Cooking 4 Life Stage will have chefs teaching tricks and tips for cooking healthy and fast. And when mom and dad need a break, stop in the “Mommy’s lounge” and “Daddy’s lounge” where Jerome’s has massage chairs for mom and a “man cave” for dads.
So come on down to the San Diego Kids Expo & Fair, April 26-27, 2014, to experience everything for kids and their families!
