The WorldBeat Cultural Center in Balboa Park hosts its annual Martin Luther King Day multi-cultural celebration and concert, featuring a day of free reggae music both indoors and out on the lawn. Whether you’re a reggae die-hard or a casual listener, the event features a variety of musicians for every taste.
