We’re always on the lookout for great recipes, so here’s one we found with an interesting twist.  A recipe that Mom and Baby will love — especially if mom is trying to shed a few pounds.

Mashed cauliflower is a great alternative to mashed potatoes, and with the mix of seasonings offered in this recipe, it will taste great too.

While cauliflower isn’t recommended as one of baby’s very first foods, it should be fine if your little one has already been introduced to a few other foods.  Click the link below for more, and the complete recipe.
