Bryce is finally napping so I have a minute to sit and share that teething is tough, for baby and parents!  He is usually a great sleeper, but this week he has been waking up a lot earlier and actually waking up in the middle of the night at times too.  I did buy teething tablets and I still am undecided how well they helped.  What has worked the best, very cold teethers.  I need to put more in the freezer come to think of it!  Those seem to keep him the most content.  All of this work, and he just has one tooth so far.  Geez, what is it going to be like once the molars start coming in, ahhh!

Teething

I just can’t escape teeth right now as I broke one of my teeth this morning while eating cereal, go figure!  You know how there are tons of books out there to help pick apart your dreams, and there are pages and pages on just analyzing dreams about teeth – well I’m living in one I think.  Baby teeth breaking in, adult teeth breaking off, what the heck is going on right now – is the Tooth Fairy having a field day with my life?!

Aww, the Tooth Fairy brings back some sweet memories of my childhood though.  She left me a 50 cent piece for each tooth.  She even left me a note one time when she forgot to come by since “she was on vacation.”  I still have that note in my memory box.

What has worked best for you while baby is teething?  Click on “leave a comment” above to share your tips and stories.
