My SD Moms I remember what it was like asking someone to the prom, or any other school dance. It’s stressful and sure…nobody wants to be left out. But isn’t the point of growing up…to grow? People are
going to say no to our kids, and at times things are not going to go their way…it’s GOING to happen. How are kids able to do that if we are doing everything for them?
As if the complaint that today’s menials aren’t self sufficient enough, now we’re getting them dates?
Doesn’t it seem that we are setting our children up for a very unrealistic life by constantly doing everything,k even getting them dates, for them?
